122nd Stated Meeting of the Presbytery of Southwest Florida

August 28, 2021

Dear Fathers and Brothers:

The One Hundred and Twenty Second Stated Meeting of the Presbytery of Southwest Florida will take place on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at St. Petersburg Presbyterian Church in St. Petersburg, FL (600 83rd Avenue NE, St. Petersburg, FL 33702; 727-329-6346).

Registration begins at 8:00 a.m., and the meeting begins at 8:30 a.m. with a Worship Service. TE David Harding, pastor of St. Petersburg Presbyterian Church, will preach God’s Word to us. Following the Worship Service, we will have a Season of Prayer.

It appears that there will be enough business on our Docket at the Stated Meeting of the Presbytery to warrant having lunch at St. Petersburg Presbyterian Church.

The docket for the meeting, along with various attachments, is available at our Presbytery website at: http://swfpresbytery.org/news/. Please check the website before coming to the Presbytery Meeting in order to download all the reports and documents, as they will not be provided at the meeting.

Be aware that the Presbytery agreed at the September 2015 meeting that appropriate attire for the Presbytery meetings is at least business casual.

Finally, please pray that the Lord will bless the work of the Presbytery as we meet in two weeks.

Grace and peace,

Freddy Fritz

Registration begins at 8:00 a.m., and the meeting begins at 8:30 a.m. with a Worship Service.
Following the Worship Service, we shall join together for a Season of Prayer.
Because there is a lot of business on the docket, lunch will be provided by Covenant PCA at noon.

church rather than eat with men from different churches.
The docket for the meeting, along with various attachments, will be available at our Presbytery
website at: http://swfpresbytery.org/news/. Please check the website before coming to the
Presbytery Meeting in order to download all the reports and documents (for some will be added
after this mailing), as they will not be provided at the meeting.
Included in the material for this Presbytery Meeting are two Complaints dealing with actions taken
at the February 8, 2020 and the March 16, 2020 Presbytery Meetings. These Complaints are
provided to you so that you may read them and be prepared to consider the Complaints on
Saturday, September 12, 2020. Be aware that BCO 43-2 states, in part, “No attempt should be made
to circularize the court to which complaint is being made by either party.”
Be aware that the Presbytery agreed at the September 2015 meeting that appropriate attire for the
Presbytery meetings is at least business casual.
Finally, please pray that the Lord will bless the work of the Presbytery as we meet on September 12.
