95th Stated Meeting of the SWF Presbytery

Dear Fathers and Brothers:

The Ninety-Fifth Stated Meeting of the Presbytery of Southwest Florida will take place on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at Holy Trinity Presbyterian Church in Tampa, FL (350 S. Hyde Park Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606; 813-259-3500).

Registration begins at 8:00 a.m., and the meeting at 8:30 a.m. with a Worship Service. Mr. Jeremy Kemp, a candidate for licensure from Christ Community Church in Lakeland, FL will preach the sermon for the Worship Service. There will be a Season of Prayer following the Worship Service.

Lunch will be at noon, which will be provided by Holy Trinity PCA. The purpose of eating lunch together on site at the church is to promote fellowship among fellow presbyters.

The docket for the meeting is attached, along with various attachments. Copies of all materials are being sent to churches, Teaching Elders, Ruling Elders, and others for whom the Stated Clerk has email addresses. Please bring your own copy of the docket and all attachments to the Presbytery Meeting, as the Stated Clerk no longer provides them at the meeting.

The Ninety-First Stated Meeting of the Presbytery of Southwest Florida will take place on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at Holy Trinity Presbyterian Church in Tampa, FL (350 S. Hyde Park Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606; 813-259-3500).

Registration begins at 8:00 a.m., and the meeting at 8:30 a.m. with a Worship Service. Dr. Bryan Chapell, Senior Pastor of Grace Presbyterian Church in Peoria, IL, will preach a message titled “Dying to Live.” Following the Worship Service, Dr. Chapell will lead a seminar titled, “Christ Centered Ministry.”

Lunch will be at noon, which will be provided by Holy Trinity PCA. The purpose of eating lunch together on site at the church is to promote fellowship among fellow presbyters. Following lunch at 1:00 p.m., Dr. Chapell will speak to the PresWIC women on “The Challenges and Joys of Marriage in Ministry.”

Please invite your church members to attend the Worship Service, Seminar, and PresWIC meeting (for the ladies).
